When we first called him it was over replacing the water heater/fix it.Because we found paperwork that he has been taking care of this house for over 20 years (pervious owners) He gave my husband an attitude as soon as we told him that we had a home warrenty. He left and never called my husband. A couple of days later we found 5 inches of water in under our house and we still tried to call him 2 or 3 times after that. Now we have to call a company from Evansville . WILL NEVER CALL HIM AGAIN!
